We all go through difficult situations in life. Life throws you things that you don't expect. Like an unexpected death, a health scare, or a missing friend. So here is Noelle's Guide To Difficult Situations.
STEP 1: Go through the situation with grace. I did this with a situation with a family member, and I never spoke a bad word about her until later. STEP 2: Think about what happened and how you are going to deal with it. Are you going to bottle up your feelings until you burst? Or are you going to get everything out now, so your mental health is good in the future? I went for the former, but I HIGHLY recommend that. My mental health is not the best. Which takes us to number 3! STEP 3: GO SEE A THERAPIST IF YOU NEED IT!!!! I'm going to see a therapist because my mental health is not the best. Trust me. If people could only see what is going on in my brain, you would think I'm insane. Which is partly true, but that is a different reason. Talk to your parents about the option of seeing a therapist because your brain needs to be in order for all the things ahead. STEP 4: DEPEND ON GOD!!!! I am still struggling with this last step, but I'm trying. I'm just really lazy and a big procrastinator. So read the Bible, pray, and go to church!!!!!
