Hey bloggers.
It's Noelle. Now I know some people, just some people, have been bullied already at school. For instance, ME! This particular boy, I'm not naming names, keeps on bullying me like crazy. It all started from the first day of school. I was just minding my own business when he comes up to me and starts calling me names. Then, a couple of weeks later, he throws sand in my hair and squirts a water bottle at me. Then he threw a stick at me and I got a bruise on the back of my leg. I told the guidance counselor about it. She told me to ignore him. Well, that was going good before he did something really mean to me. He purposely poked me in the behind at gym and I looked at him. I had witnesses. One of my friends told on this boy and he got in trouble. After he did it, he started laughing about it. The solution to stopping the bully is to be nice to them. Compliment them. Make sure to tell your teacher or guidance counselor that you're having a problem. Don't be mean to the bully because you'll end up being a bully yourself. Jesus never was a bully to anyone. Remember that. He always showed love. Have you ever been bullied? Tell me about it. What did you do? Bye guys! Peace! Noie

Noelle, You nailed it! The best way to get rid of a bully is make him/her your friend. They can't stand it when you're nice to them. They will do one of two things--become your friend as well (in which case, you may be able to influence them to not bully ANYWONE!), or they will just walk away and ignore you. Either way, they will stop bullying you. Yep, just be VERY, VERY nice to them and try to make friends! You write a good blog, kid! Hugs to you!

Noelle, I read your blog and thought, this is some awesome insights coming from a 10 year old young lady. I agree with what you said, one does not accomplish anything by responding to a bully with bully tactics. Keep up with your writing, you express your thoughts very well. God has blessed you with a wonderful gift. I am sure you do not know me. I am a Pastor and I know your Mom. You have a wonderful Mom and your Mom has a fabulous daughter. Keep up the good writing. God Bless!

Noelle, I was bullied when I was in school too. When I was in the third grade, I used to get bullied because my hair was frizzy. It's naturally curly, but it gets real frizzy and bushes out if I don't use a lot of spray gel, which I didn't have back then. People mocked me and made fun of me and called me names like "Bush." And, they would hit me and pull my hair. Then when I was in high school, I used to go to a school where white people were in the minority. But, I had many African-American friends. One day, I was standing in the hall with some of my friends, talking and laughing, when a black girl came up to me and shoved me for no reason and said, "Hey girl. You need a bottle of Visine to clear up your color blindness." She obviously didn't like it because I was friendly with everyone. Luckily, two of my other friends stepped in and told her to leave me alone and made her leave. Of course, I cried. But, I didn't realize back then that being nice to these people would've stopped their bullying me. I think you are absolutely right about being nice to them. You are a very smart, sweet and intelligent young lady. Thank you for blogging this. I am very proud of you. *Hugs to you and your mom* Joanne

Noelle! You are such a smart young lady! I applaud you for standing up & going to your teacher/counselor. You are correct in being nice to them, because you are showing them you are taking the hugh road and you are most of all showing Christ's love and not playing their game. Thank you for your blog! May you be blessed & do even greater things for His kingdom

Noelle, I am pleased to see that you are boldly writing your thoughts and daily struggles here. You are secure enough to do this because you know Jesus (plus you have "Mama Grizzly" for your Mother)! Seriously, writing your thoughts down like this is in itself a relief. I love you and am quite proud of you.
