Hey guys! Sorry I’ve been inactive. School has been kicking my butt, but I’ve been doing something that I’ve found is really good for me. That thing is listening to podcasts! I love listening to podcasts in the morning, driving to school and just listening to them throughout the day. With the year coming to the end I’ve been focusing a lot on myself and getting my life back on track. I don’t always have time to read, which is one of my ways to learn new things or learn more about myself, but with podcasts I can turn one on and do housework or homework. Their are podcasts for pretty much everything which is really great. I listen to my podcasts on Apple Podcasts.
I’ve also been really into simplifying my life, which will probably be another blog post. For me, simplifying my life makes more space in my mind to learn new things. Look forward to a blog post about simplifying. Now here are some of my favorite podcasts! -The Lavendaire Lifestyle: I’ve been following Aileen for a couple of years now on YouTube. She makes amazing videos and I love the topics on her podcast. My favorite episodes are the minimalism episode and the healthy eating episode. -Pretty Basic: This is a brand new podcast from two of my all time favorite YouTubers, Alisha Marie and Remi Cruz. They talk about boy drama, health, and the business behind YouTube. The business side of YouTube is very interesting. - Coffee and Honeycomb: The first season of this podcast is very good. Now this podcast is a Christian one and Jenny Park brings on guests to talk about life and being a Christian in this society. I’ve been following Jenny on Instagram for about a year and I was so excited when this podcast came out. -The Mindful Kind: Now I’ve just discovered this podcast. I haven’t listened to it a lot, but from the few episodes I’ve listened to it’s really good. It focuses on living intentionally and being mindful of yourself. And it’s in little 10 minute episode so it’s perfect if you’re in a rush. -Ted Talks Daily: Now I love a good Ted Talk. It gives good advice if you listen to the right one. My favorite episode right now is “There’s more to life than being happy” from Emily Esfahani Smith. It’s really interesting and I really like it. -Elevation Church and Transformation Church: Now this is perfect for me to listen to sermons throughout the day at school. I can just plug in my headphones and listen to a sermon. It’s really convenient I’m still looking for podcasts to listen too. So if you have suggestions then comment below. Have a great day peeps! Goodbye!!
